User in dpGas (default_fpgas_base_role)
The users primary purpose is to view and edit the network. The user cannot perform administration and does not have access to modules other than Organizer.

Administrator in dpGas (default_fpgas_admin)
The administrator can write to the network and has access to the Administration menu (which includes, among other things, User Management, Manage Changesets, and Edit Drawing Frames).

The administrator must be complemented with roles such as a User in dpGas or similar to gain access to additional permissions. |

The Project designer has the same permissions as the User in dpGas but also has user access to dpWebmap, Organizer Webmap, Calculations, and Designer. Intended for users who plan and design the network.

The Maintenance technician has the same permissions as the User in dpGas but also has user access to dpWebmap, Organizer Webmap, Calculations, and Maintainer. Intended for users responsible for network maintenance.
