User in dpCom (default_opto_base_role)
The users primary purpose is to view and edit the network. The user cannot perform administration and does not have access to modules other than Organizer.

Super administrator in dpCom (default_opto_super_admin)
The super administrator has the same permissions as an administrator in dpCom but also has access to additional parts of the administration menu and features, such as configuring the appearance of all tables that have the column settings icon on the far right of the header row, and access to code lists. For super administrators, text triggers are also executed on locked objects.

The project designer has write permissions in the application and also user access to dpWebmap, Organizer Webmap, MyOrganizer, the Drawing module, Designer, and the Reliability module. Intended for users who plan and design the network.

The Maintenance technician has the same permissions as a User in dpCom but also has user access to dpWebmap, Organizer Webmap, the Drawing module, MyOrganizer, Maintainer, and the Reliability module. Intended for users responsible for network maintenance.

External resource (default_opto_external_tech)
The external resource can read in the application, write in Organizer and log in to both dpWebmap and Organizer Webmap.
