When you open WorkPlanner, the sidebar on the left and the time scale in the calendar view appear. You can change the application window at any time:
•Increase or decrease the calendar view size by turning the sidebar on or off.
•Increase or decrease the time scale and level of detail in the calendar view by zooming.
•Move the calendar view without changing time scale and level of detail by panning.
•Increase and decrease the size of the time scale without changing the time scale and content.
You can also reset the calendar view you worked on to its original appearance.
Increase or decrease the calendar view size by turning the sidebar on or off in one of the following ways:
•In the menu bar select Settings > Turn sidebar on/off.
•In the toolbar press Turn sidebar on/off .
•Press F9.
Increase or decrease the time scale and level of detail in the calendar view by zooming in one of the following ways:
•Use the mouse wheel: Scroll the mouse wheel forward to zoom in and backward to zoom out.
•Use one of the predefined zoom modes:
oSelect Window > Year scale, Month scale, or Day scale.
oPress any of the icons Year scale, Month scale
or Day scale
in the toolbar.
You can lock the time scale so that it does not change when you zoom. This can be used, for example, if you want to print a fixed scale timetable.
1.Press Lock time scale . You can still zoom in and out in the view but the time scale (year, month or day) remains the same.

Pan in the calendar view by pressing the mouse wheel and moving the mouse cursor.
To pan to the tasks that you have changed in the current planning version, in the sidebar select the tab Planning version and right-click on the name of the planning version and select Show affected tasks. |
You can increase and decrease the calendar view and its contents both vertically and horizontally without changing the time scale or content. Use this feature to customize the content for printing.
1.Use the tool Free scaling in one of the following ways:
•From the menu bar: Window > Free scaling.
•From the toolbar: Free scaling.
2.Left-click and drag in the calendar view.
Reset the calendar view to default in one of the following ways:
•In the toolbar press Return to start view.
•From the menu bar: Select Window > Reload all views.
•In the toolbar press Reload all views.
•Press F5.
Selected components in the calendar view are deselected and highlighted components are turned off.
