In the Land Agreement module you can create land agreements and covering letters, and get at overview of the property owners.
To retrieve a Land agreement, do the following steps:
1.Open your task. In the east panel an attribute form appears.
2.In the attribute form select the tab Land agreement.
3.Select the property you want to retrieve a Land agreement for.
4.Select Parties to the contract > Reports/agreements and check the box of the required agreement. For example: 'Land agreement under ground required'.
5.Save the form.
Repeat the steps above on every property that you want to retrieve a Land agreement for.
6.In the attribute form, in the tab Land agreement there are a couple of buttons. Hover over the buttons to see their names.
7.Press Add agreement > Create new land agreement
.
8.Mark the land agreement in the list.
9.Select the tab Parties of the contract. Here you put the information concerning the agreement. In the tab Property owners is all information concerning the property owners stored.
10. To create...
a)A land agreement, select one or more property owners, right-click and select Land Agreement.
b)A covering letter, select one or more property owners, right-click and select Land Agreement - Covering Letter.
If there are any configured docx-templates, the document will be stored under Documents in the task. |
