To create different variations of reports, right-click on a task and select the alternative Reports from the Task tab in the south panel.
Select what type of report you wish to create:
Task |
Generates a report with all the information about the selected task that includes Project data, Task data, Diary notes and Activities. |
Straight calculation report, task summary |
Generates a report that contains the compiled calculation posts for the task. |
Straight calculation report with cost factors, task summary |
Generates a report that contains the compiled cost factors for the task. |
Straight calculation report, project summary |
Generates a report that contains the compiled calculation posts for the project, i.e. the applications and the task has separated columns in this report. |

Generates a report that contains the compiled cost factors for the project. The applications and the task also has separated columns in this report. |
When selecting the remaining reports, the Save dialog opens, instead of the reports being generated in pdf format.
