Create reports

To create different variations of reports, right-click on a task and select the alternative Reports from the Task tab in the south panel.

 

Select what type of report you wish to create:

Task

Generates a report with all the information about the selected task that includes Project data, Task data, Diary notes and Activities.

Straight calculation report, task summary

Generates a report that contains the compiled calculation posts for the task.

Straight calculation report with cost factors, task summary

Generates a report that contains the compiled cost factors for the task.

Straight calculation report, project summary

Generates a report that contains the compiled calculation posts for the project, i.e. the applications and the task has separated columns in this report.

Generates a report that contains the compiled cost factors for the project. The applications and the task also has separated columns in this report.

When selecting the remaining reports, the Save dialog opens, instead of the reports being generated in pdf format.
