A project is created through a number of steps, where the first task for the project is also created. To create new tasks to a current project, see section Create a task/project to an existing project.
1.Right-click on an object in the map and select Organizer > Create task/project. The object is linked automatically to the first task. The dialog box Create task/project opens.

1.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer. The south panel opens.
2.In the Tasks tab, press Create task/project . The dialog box Create task/project opens.

1.Fill in the desired information:
oTask template - Select type of task and optionally, select one of the templates under each task type. Press Show details to view information about each template.
oTask information - Enter a Task name and, if applicable, a Comment and Note about the task. Some templates already have a pre-filled task comment, these are editable.
oProject - To create a new project, select New in the Project section. Give the project (and the task) a name. You can also select existing projects by using the Search function.
oTask manager - Select a task manager that should be responsible for the task. Select according to template or by using the drop-down list.
If you use a task template, you can check the Set task manager as owner of workflow items in the task template box, to automatically set the task manager as owner of workflow items with undefined owner. Workflow items that already have an owner in the template will keep that owner.
If the new task should be connected to a new changeset, you can set the task manager as owner of the new changeset by checking the Set task manager as owner of changeset box.
oChangeset - Select if the task should be connected to a changeset and if so, should the task be connected to a new changeset, the current one or to another changeset that already exists.
oStart date - Select a start date for the task.
oLinked objects - Select which objects that should be linked to the task.
2.Press Create.
