Rotates a component around the component's insertion point.
1.Select Edit > Component > Rotate Component, or press Rotate component 
in the toolbar to activate the function.

After selecting the tool, press the space bar to toggle between Fast rotation mode and Normal rotation mode. In Fast rotation mode, the object rotates 90 degrees each time you click it in the view. |
2.Select the component you want to rotate.

If a line, polygon or a complete object with all its components should be rotated, a rotation point and bearing point needs to be defined. |
3.Rotate the component to the desired position and left-click to finish. Cancel the function by right-double-clicking.
