Provides the ability to open a changeset owned by another user in the system.
•You only have the right to review other user's changesets. You can not make any changes or create new objects. You can not post another user's changeset. •To be able to edit another user's changeset, the changeset must be handed over to you by the owner or an administrator. |
In the dialog, you also see which user you are logged in as.
1.Select File > Review.... The Select Changeset dialog opens.
•Use the filter box above the list of changesets to search for changesets. You can search for matches on any text string. •Press the three dots in the upper right corner |
2.Select the changeset you want to open in the table.
3.Press Open. The changeset opens.
You can select which columns to display by pressing the arrow in the upper right corner of the column headers. To reset the column settings: 1.Press the arrow in the column header. 2.Select Reset and then : oMy settings oDefault settings |

Owner of the changeset. |

Name |
The name of the changeset. |

Optimistic |
Shows whether the changeset is optimistic, Yes or No. |

Comment |
Comment regarding the changeset. |

Created |
Time when the change set was created. |

Status |
Shows whether the changeset has been transferred to SCADA, "1" = true; "0" = false. |
||
Id |
ID number that is automatically assigned by the system. |

Posting |
Shows the type of posting right that applies to the changeset. Postable: (Default setting): All changes in the change set can be posted. Unpostable: The change set cannot be posted. The choice means that system postings are not carried out either. System postings: Only the system is allowed to post changes in the changeset. An example of when system posting is performed is in connection with operational reports in the Operator module. When the user performs an outage report, the system automatically posts this change to the database.

Opened |
Time when the changeset was last opened (used). The list is automatically sorted in descending chronological order with the most recently opened changeset at the top. |

Object count |
Displays how many object that has been created within the specific changeset. |
||
Application |
Displays which application the changeset is made for. Application for a changeset is handled in the edit changeset dialog (File > Review > Edit > Application). |

Transferable |
Changesets with a crossmark in the column can be transferred to another user using File > Send in the application. Changesets without, cannot. |
||
Deletable |
Changesets with a crossmark in the column can be deleted and edited. Changesets without, cannot be edited or deleted. |
||
Private |
Changesets with a crossmark in the column is set as private changeset. A private changeset cannot be reviewed by other users. |

Open |
To open a changeset, select the changeset in the list and press Open. |
||
Cancel |
To cancel the function and return to the original change set, press Cancel. |
||
New |
To create a new changeset, click New. |
||
Delete |
To delete a changeset, select the changeset in the list and press Delete.

Edit |
To edit a changeset, select the changeset in the list and press Edit. It is possible to edit the name of the changeset, add a comment, select application, select whether the changeset should be optimistic or pessimistic, postable, unpostable or system post, and if the changeset should be private. |
