Rights to view/edit the tabs for tasks, is handled in the Rights editor.

 

The following is valid for task forms:

 

•Linked documents, otype 4003.

•Linked objects, otype 2518.

•Diary, otype 4002.

•Activities, otype 2506.

•Stakeholders, otype 2526.

•Calculations, otype 2502.

•Storage, otype 2504.

•Purchase, otype 2515.

•Orderer, otype 2522, subtype 2.

•Observations, otype 2525.

 

The following is valid for tabs in the south panel:

 

•Activity, otype 2506.

•Milestone, otype 2507.

•Stakeholder, otype 2526.

•Connections, otype 2534.

•Installation consent, otype 2510.

 

Read rights makes the tab visible but not editable.

Rights to read and write makes the tab visible and editable.

No rights makes the tab invisible.

Rights for the different project types are controlled by read and write rights for the subtypes and the otypes 2500 (project) and 2501 (task). The rights for these two otypes should be the same.
