Progress condition templates

In addition to defining progress conditions for single tasks, it is possible to create progress condition templates. The creation, removal and editing of progress condition templates follows the same basic principles as for other templates in Organizer’s administrative panel. When a progress condition template is created, the conditions in the template will apply automatically for all new tasks that are created based on the template in question. The defined conditions in the task templates or workflows from which the original progress condition template was copied, will remain unchanged. Already existing workflow objects needs therefore be edited separately in each workflow. The reason for this, is to avoid unwanted effects in already existing tasks templates and workflows, as a result of unintentional changes in a progress condition template.

Create progress condition templates

1.Select Organizer > Show/Hide Administration.

2.Select the Progress conditions template tab in the south panel.

3.Select the Create new Progress conditions template icon.

4.Select the Template data tab.

5.Enter the conditions defining the progress condition.

a.Template name. For example "Check that the task does not have any linked items.".

b.ID.

c.Template type.

d.Template description. For example "Checking that the task does not have any linked items for the workflow to continue".

e.Cluster usage.

6.Press OK.

At least one utility have to be entered in the field for Cluster usage in order for the progress condition template to be visible in the application.

The cluster usage applications are added and edited using Add and Edit, which can be found in the bottom of the window for Progress condition.
