If you have created an overview view, it is possible to pan in it.

 

1.Select Window > Pan in Overview.

You can pan in two different ways:

•Left-click on a point in the overview. The detail view is centered around the specified point.

•Left-click and drag with the mouse to create a rectangle. The highlighted area corresponds to the section in the detail view.
