Configure task

The Configure task function is used to move a task to another Project or to a new Project.

1.Press the Configure task button. The Configure Tasks dialog box opens.

2.Check ​​the Move task box and select whether it is a new or existing task to be moved.

Move the task to a new project

1.Press the Configure task button The Configure task dialog box opens.

2.Check ​​the Move task box and select New.

3.Enter the name of the new project to which the task should be moved.

4.Press OK. The task is moved to the new project.

In the south panel, it is now possible to search for the new project to which the task has been moved.

By opening the project in the east panel and going under the Project tab, you can see that the moved task is now available in the new project in the Tasks in Project section.

Move the task to an existing project

1.Press the Configure task button The Configure task dialog box opens.

2.Press Search to bring up the search dialog. Here you can sort by type, application and project manager, as well as search directly by project number or project name. It is also possible to leave the fields empty and only press the Search button, or use the dialog's filtering function to more quickly find the right project via keywords.

3.Select Project to which the task should be moved and press OK. The project ends up in the line for existing (project) in the Configure Tasks dialog.

4.Press OK in the dialog. The task is moved to the selected existing project. The moved quest now appears in the east panel under the Projects tab in the Quests section of the project (you need to press the Reload button for the added quest to become visible).
