The report is generated as follows:
In the outage report, the feeding station must be indicated for each outlet point.
1.Select Operator > Save feeding stations to update all objects in the database with feeding object values. By default, the function is scheduled every night and does not need to run then.
2.Select Administration > Administrate scheduled jobs to schedule RefreshFeeds.
The command populates a number of tables with base data for the report. Base data contains ID, energy values, associated station, customer class, etc. per customer facility.
1.Select Operator > Annual outage reports (EIFS 2015:4) > Save base data for report....
2.In the query tool in the Reports tab, select Operator > Annual outage reports (EIFS 2015:4) > Show saved base report data to see data per year.
The query tool contains a number of reports for validating the base data.

1.Select the rows.
2.Right-click and select Export for editing. A semicolon separated text file .csv is saved and can be updated with values.
Excel cannot handle the 18-digit EAN code and destroys it. 1.Change the file name from .csv to .txt and open it in Excel. 2.Make sure all columns are loaded as text. |

1.To update the base data with the edited file, select Operator > Annual outage reports (EIFS 2015:4) > Import change table for outlet points.
If Operator > Annual outage reports (EIFS 2015:4) > Save base data for report... is run again, after importing changes, any editing imported will be overwritten. Then these change files need to be imported again. |

Customers who have been affected by outages must be updated with EAN.
1.Select Operator > Annual outage reports (EIFS 2015:4) > Uppdate EAN for affected customers.
When the validation reports can be run without deviations, generation of the XML file for an accounting area can take place.
1.Select Operator > Annual outage reports (EIFS 2015:4) > Create outage report.... The Create outage report dialog box opens.
2.Set the Year for the report and press Search.
3.Select desired Account area.
4.Select period and press OK.
For the dialog There exist outages that are not yet reconnected. Do you want to create the report anyway? it is recommended that you select No when the annual outage report are to be submitted to El. |
