Import MIF

1.Select File > Import > Mapinfo > MIF... The Import file window opens.

2.Select a file you want to import.

3.Press Open.

4.In the From list, specify the coordinate system used in the source file.

5.Select character set.

6.Press Browse... To find a mapping file to use.

7. Check the settings, this is optional:

a)Warn about unmapped.

b)Background map.

c)Remove quotation marks around the mid values.

7.Press Import file.
