Overview

The meter integration consists of the following two sub-modules:

•Meter Switch and Poll - To turn the switch of the electric meter on and off, and for polling instantaneous values from selected electric meters.

•Meter Alarm - To receive events and alarms from electric meters, create automatic outages and restore outages automatically on reconnection.

 

About Meter Switch and Poll

Meter Switch and Poll is used to query smart electric meters for instantaneous measurement values, which gives customer service the opportunity to provide end customers with information during ongoing contact such as phone calls. The module also makes it possible to operate the switch in the meters.
