Previously, the vector group was documented as a separate attribute on the transformer. Now, it is documented through the attributes Connection type and Phase displacement on the respective winding. The Update vector group function is used to mass-update the vector group for transformers that were documented in the previous manner. This function converts data from the previous documentation model to adhere to the new standard.

You must be logged into an empty changeset when using the function. |
1.Select Tools > Update vector group. The dialog Update vector group opens.
2.Select the 2 winding or 3 winding tab. The transformers are grouped by object type and vector group.

Right-click on a row in the list and select Show list to display a full list of underlying transformers. |
3.Select the desired row in the list and press Edit. A dialog opens.
4.Set the connection type and phase displacement and press Update. All underlying transformers for the selected group will be updated.
