In tables with column settings, you can save your selections:
1.Click Column Settings 
at the far right of the table's header row.
2.Select Save.
3.Click OK.

In tables where this option is not available, your selections are automatically saved as your settings. |

To save the column settings as global settings, check the Save as common settings box . |
