It is possible for administrators to restrict user rights at the object level.
When a restricted user assigned to a task opens the task in Webmap, they will only see:
•Objects that are associated with the current changeset.
•Objects that are linked to the current task.
•Objects within the work area that are linked to the current task.
•Child objects to the above objects.
•Organizer objects, to be able to select activity and task.
•Some background data such as background map.

1.In the menu bar, select Administration > User manager.
2.Search for the desired user and press Edit.
3.Check the Restricted to object list box.
1.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer.
2.Press the Create task/project icon .
3.Fill in the relevant information in the Create task/project dialog and press Create.
4.Select the new task's row in the south panel and press the Open task changeset icon .
5.In the sidebar, the Place object tab, select Work area.
6.Place Work area in the map.
You can instead choose to place planning area: 1.In the sidebar, the Map tab, select El schematics (Intern DP) in the drop-down menu. 2.In the sidebar, the Place object tab, select Planning area (yellow). 3.Place Planning area in the map. |
7.In the east panel, Workflow tab, press the Create a new activity for the task icon .
8.Select activity from the list and press OK.
9.Press the Select new owner icon .
10.Select owner from the list and press OK.
11.In the east panel, Linked objects tab, press the Select from map or object reference icon .
12.Select objects to link to the task.
13.In the menu bar, select File > Post....
14.Press Post.
