Create different types of announcement templates, manage announcement variables and choose settings for sending.

Create announcement template
1.Select Tools > Announcement > Administration. The Announcement administration dialog box opens.
2.Press Add.
3.Enter template name and template type.
4.Select the tab for the announcement type for which you want to create an announcement template.
5.Create announcement template using announcement variables found in Handled substitution variables tab.
6.Press Add.
7.When the announcement templates are created, press OK.
