1.In the table's header row, place the mouse pointer on one of the column lines for the column you want to adjust. The mouse pointer changes to a double-headed arrow.

2.Left-click and drag to the desired column width.

Adjust all columns automatically

1.Click the column settings icon ( ) at the far right of the table’s header row.

2.Select the Adjust column width menu option. The width of all columns is adjusted automatically.

Automatically adjust selected columns

1.Select one or more cells in the columns you want to change.

2.Click the arrow at the far right of the header row.

3.Select Adjust selected column width. The width of the selected column or columns is automatically adjusted.
