The function let you administrate Inspection Observations and Inspection Actions. To define the content of the Action codelist, the OBS_ACTION_CL codelist is used. The content of the Observation codelist are then linked to the content of the Action codelist to be able to use and view in the application.

1.Select Maintainer > Codelist linking (observation/action). The dialog Link codelist values opens.

2.Select the rows in section Observation codelist and Action codelist respectively that are to be linked.

3.Press the Link codelist values icon . The linked codelist values are moved to section Linked codelist values.

4.To remove a linking, select the row in the Linked codelist values section and press the Remove links icon . The links are removed and disappear from the table.

5.Press OK when you are done.
