Information letter

Information letters can be created for stakeholders concerned by the construction of new networks.

Creating an information letter

To create an information letter for the stakeholders within the work area, do the following steps:

1.Open your task. In the east panel an attribute form appears.  

2.In the attribute form select the tab Land Agreement. In the tab are a couple of buttons.

3.Hover over the buttons to see their names.

4.Press Add agreement > Create new information letter .

5.Define the content of the information letter.

 

You can also create a recipient list for the information letter.

The following are the tabs and where you can get information about each of the recipient types within the task area:

Recipient, Costumer: Get from the costumer register.

Recipient, property owner: Get from the property register.

Recipient, other.

To produce an information letter document right-click the recipient, and then select Information letter. A pdf-file is created by default, and needs be locally downloaded.

If there are any configured docx-templates, the document will be stored under Documents in the task.
