Information letters can be created for stakeholders concerned by the construction of new networks.
To create an information letter for the stakeholders within the work area, do the following steps:
1.Open your task. In the east panel an attribute form appears.
2.In the attribute form select the tab Land Agreement. In the tab are a couple of buttons.
3.Hover over the buttons to see their names.
4.Press Add agreement > Create new information letter
.
5.Define the content of the information letter.
You can also create a recipient list for the information letter. The following are the tabs and where you can get information about each of the recipient types within the task area: •Recipient, Costumer: Get from the costumer register. •Recipient, property owner: Get from the property register. •Recipient, other. To produce an information letter document right-click the recipient, and then select Information letter. A pdf-file is created by default, and needs be locally downloaded. If there are any configured docx-templates, the document will be stored under Documents in the task. |
