General

Maintainer is a module created to perform maintenance functions such as e.g. be able to inspect objects.

Maintainer is available in two variants:

Maintainer, which is a basic module where it is possible to inspect objects at a fixed interval between inspections.

Maintainer Advanced, is an extended variant where there are a number of additions to the above.

The following require the Maintainer Advanced module:

Dynamic reports.

Hierarchical searches.

Possibility for an administrator to define which object should be inspectable.

The Query Tool contains predefined dynamic and static reports for inspection where you can:

Search for objects that do not have inspection plans, Inspection preparation.

Search for objects to be inspected, Inspection planning. For the dynamic reports, you can also select to Include future inspections.

Search for inspection plans without templates.

Search for inspected objects that are completed, Completed inspections.

Search for remarks on inspections, Inspection remarks.

For all reports, the data is posted. For two reports, it is possible to only see data in the change set,

these are Performed Inspections and Inspection Remarks.

Before an inspection of an object can start, it is required to add an inspection plan.

Inspection of objects can take place directly online in the system or exported to dpFieldmap to be inspected offline.

For inspection in dpFieldmap, it is required that the objects are handled in rounds. These rounds are created in Organizer.

It is also practical to lay out geographical inspection areas. With the help of these, objects can be searched for, e.g. for reports or to round.

Other options for searching out objects are to lay out temporary areas or to track out the network.

It is also possible for a Maintainer Administrator to see which objects are configured to put an inspection plan on via

Maintainer => Meta and data.
