Using right-click on a package, you can select an appropriate way of retrieve an article from the map and start to create a basis for the preparation. All the articles are then gathered in the same package. The conditions for this is that the object types and an article register are connected to each other.

 

1.Right-click on a package and select Add materials... > [selectable options]. The objects that are connected to an article register will be translated to the article and be visible in the tab Article register. Unmapped objects will be shown in new dialog.

2.To map unmapped objects, open the administrative tool under the Organizer menu. The supplier selected for the articles will be called the Main supplier. If the Main Supplier does not have the current article the field supplier in the Article register will be empty.

 

Right-clicking on an article gives you the option to:

•Show in map.

•Change value for column, article number and selected rows.

•Delete.

•Set the supplier.

•Change the supplier. To change supplier you can select one among those who has the current article.
