Edit page name

In case of plot split over pages, you can change the page names on the pages' tabs.

 

1.Select Edit > Edit page name. The Edit page name window opens.

2.Enter the new page names.

3.Press OK.

Hide component in view

Use the function to hide components in the view.

 

1.Select Edit > Hide component in view.

2.Select the components in the view to be hidden. The components become hidden.

Reset hidden components

Use the function to make previously hidden components visible in the view.

 

1.Select Edit > Reset hidden components. A dialog box opens.

2.Press OK to make the hidden components visible in active view again.

Move text in view

Use the function to move texts in the view. You can only move texts, not other components.

 

1.Select Edit > Move text in view.

2.Select the text in the view to be moved.

3.Click to place the text in a new location in the map.

Restore moved text

1.Select Edit > Restore moved text.

2.Select the text in the view to be restored. The text is moved to its original place in the map.

Reset highlighted components

Use the function to restore a component that has been colored (Right-click on component> Colorize).

1.Select Edit  > Reset highlighted components. The components are restored to their original color.

Pointer tool

Makes it possible to activate the pointer tool that works in the same way as the tool does in other applications.

Copy map view to clipboard

Use the Copy map view to clipboard function to copy the current view in the preview to the clipboard (in Windows). You can then paste the same area into another program, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, or Paint.Net.

 

1.Select Edit > Copy map view to clipboard.

2.In Microsoft Word (or similar programs), press Ctrl + V to paste the copied map view.

Command history

Displays a list of the commands used by you in the plot preview.
