To search for documents uploaded and linked to different tasks or activities in Organizer, you can use the Query Tool's report search. The search result shows the task(s) in which the document is located.
1.Open the Query tool and select the Report tab.
2.Open the Designer folder and select the Document report.
3.The user may limit the search (by filling in all or part of the file name, and information about under approximately which time span the file document was created).
4.Press Search.
In the search results appears all documents that are uploaded in the system and are available in various tasks or activities.
To select and view a document in the results list; Right-click and select Show/Change Attributes. The task dialog opens. Select the Documents tab in the task, select the document and press View to view the document.
