DGN...

Exports graphics to Microstation's DGN format. Below is a brief overview of what is specific for exporting to DGN format.

Export rules

The DGN export exports data according to the following rules:

Only map data visible in active view is exported. To control the contents of the export, show / hide objects in the Map tab. The product class Special components must always be displayed, it contains such graphics as are needed to define the export area in the graphic view (alternatively Rectangle and Define area).

If there are any raster images in active view, these are ignored.

Symbols in dpPower are exported to the DGN file as a circle symbol.

The graphic is exported with the appearance it has on the screen. If the view is zoomed out far, this means that circle symbols and line thicknesses can be perceived as excessively large in the DGN file when zooming in.
