Handles definition of regulating point templates.
Define regulating point template in map
1.Choose Tools > Regulating point template... > Map... > Define.
2.Select a regulating point in the graphical view with the left mouse button. A dialog box opens.
3.Enter a Name for the regulating point template. click OK to accepts the definition.
4.After that you have to enter the reference point for the template. This is done by the left mouse button on the desired position. A confirmation that the template has been created is then displayed.
