Change the actual connection state for switches (fuses,Circuit breaker etc.) to Closed.

1.Select Edit > Object > Change connection state > Actual > Closed.

2.Select switch in the graphical view.

If the user has the Operator module installed, a warning box or an error message appears when switching.

An error message is displayed if the switch is included in a switch order for an active (not closed or changed) outage or operating order.

•Right-click on a row in the error message opens the same right-click menu that is available in the Outage tab in the Operator's south panel.

•Double-click on a row in the error message to display outage details.

A warning box is displayed if the switch is not included in a switch order for an active Outage. You must actively left-click in the bypass box for the OK button to be selectable.
