Check sent announcements

Checking information about sent announcement can be done as follows:

In the Operator module

1.Select Operator > Show/Hide Operator.

2.In the south panel, press Outages.

3.Select the line with the created outage.

4.In the east panel, select Announcements > Search. As a result of the search, a list of the sent announcements is displayed.

5.To display detailed information, right-click on the line from the list of sent announcements, select Show announcement or Show/change attributes.

In Query Tool

1.Press Query Tool > Reports > Announcement > Sent announcements.

2.Fill in dates and press Search.

Check the Announcements sent to the selected client.

This is only available in dpPower.

1.Search for the delivery point of the selected client, right-click and select Show/change attributes.

2.Select Related data.

3.Expand the customer facility data.

4.Copy the GS1-code.

5.Select Operator > Show/Hide Operator.

6.In the south panel, select Fault reports.

7.Paste the copied code in the GS1-code search field.

8.Press Search. Information about the client is displayed on the left, in the Customers section. Information about the sent announcement is displayed on the right, in the Announcement tab.
