Creates announcements. Select connection points via polygon in the view (map/scheme) and notify the connected people.

To access the functions you need:

•The feature Announcement Core

•The role ANNOUNCEMENT_USER

1.Select Tools > Announcement > Announce from view.

2.Place polygon in the graphical view. The Announcement dialog box opens.

3.Select settings.

4.Press Send to announce.

Message

Edit	Edit existing announcement message. The edited message is saved as own.
	Add more announcement types to existing template.

Recipient

Depending on the announcement type selected in the Announcement tab (letter, SMS, email), customers who are reached with the specific notification type are listed.

Time spans

Set time interval for the announcement. Press to add the time range to the announcement.

More information

•In the Query tool, searches can be made on executed announcements. This is done under the Queries tab. Select Queries > Announcement object > Announcement.

•Right-click on the line for an announcement, the announcement itself can be opened by right-clicking and selecting the Announcement function.
