Use the tool to customize the code lists for attribute control.
•This function requires a special feature. Contact Digpro for installation. •To use the tool, the MANAGECODELISTS role is required. |
1.Select Administration > Attribute check. A dialog opens where you can choose between two tables:
oCHECK_DATA_OBJECT_GROUPS - Contains data about which object types and subtypes are included in a group.
oCHECK_DATA_RULES - Contains data on which groups and attributes are checked by a particular rule.
2.Update the desired table:
oDisplay flag - Assigns all the empty display flags with value from sequence.
oAdd - Add new row.
oEdit row - Edit the selected row.
oCreate copy - Copy values from an existing row.
oDelete row(s) - Delete one or more rows.

Numeric ID of the object group. |
GROUP_DESCR |
Name of the object group. |
OTYPE_FROM/TO |
Object type range. If only FROM is specified, only the specific object type applies. |
DP_CTYPE |
Component type, if no component type is specified, the main component is used. |
SUBTYPE_FROM/TO |
Subtype range, if no subtype range is specified, all subtypes are used, if only one is specified, an open range is used. |

ATTRIBUTE |
Attribute to be checked. |
ID_ATTRIBUTE |
Attribute to be used as identifier for the object, if none is specified, the object ID is used. |
ROLE |
Name of the role to which the rule should belong. |
There are two reports in the query tool to check and identify empty attributes:
•Check empty attributes in changeset
•Check empty attributes in posted objects
