The troubleshooting report Actual connection state differs from normal, seeks out all connection states which differs from the normal connection state. In the report you can use the check boxes Within area and/or In saved object list to limit the search.  

 

The search result displays among other things, Object type, System ID, Normal state, Actual state, Subtype and state. The rows are active and by right-clicking on one of them it is possible to Show/change attributes, Change State, show Object history and more.
