Allows you to open and review a changeset owned by another user in the system.
•You can view other users' changesets, but you cannot make changes or create new objects in them.
•You cannot post another user’s changeset.
•To edit another user’s changeset, the changeset must first be transferred to you by the owner or by an administrator.
•If you are an administrator with the right to send other users’ changesets, you can also send selected changesets to another user directly from the dialog.
Open another user's changeset
1.Select File > Review.... A dialog opens.

•Use the filter box above the list of changesets to search for changesets. •Press the three dots in the upper right corner |
to access options to Filter by application or to automatically Open last used changeset automatically.2.Select the changeset you want to open in the table.
3.Press Open. The changeset opens in review mode.
Send changeset

This function is only available to users with permission to send changesets. |

The changeset you are currently logged into will not be sent from this dialog. Instead, use File > Send changeset... to send the current changeset. |
1.Select one or more changesets from the list.
2.Press Send.
3.Select the recipient in the dialog box that opens.
4.Select whether the system should Check permissions for receiving user. When this box is checked, the system verifies that the recipient has permissions for the objects in the changeset.
5.Press Send.
Delete changeset

To delete a changeset, it must be empty. Empty the changeset by posting or undoing the changes made. |
1.To delete one or more changesets, select the changesets in the list and press Delete.
Edit changeset

You can only edit changesets that you own. |
1.Select a changeset from the list and press Edit. You can edit the changeset name, add a comment, select an application, choose whether the changeset should be optimistic or pessimistic, postable, non-postable, or system posts, and whether the changeset should be private.
