Create and register change requests

In most infrastructure projects, change requests (Changes, Additions, and Omissions) are a common and necessary part of the workflow. These arise due to unforeseen circumstances, such as discovering rocky ground that delays excavation work. In Organizer, you can create and register change requests. Data for change requests is displayed in the task form.

The change request is shown with a symbol on the map in the task changeset. Change requests are only visible on the map if they belong to the task whose changeset you are currently logged into.

1.Select a task in Organizer’s south panel. The east panel will open.

2.Choose the Change Requests tab.

3.Press Add to open the form for the work to be registered.

4.Fill in the relevant fields with information.

5.Press OK. The form closes and the change request is added to the work list.
