Changes the position of an object in the graphical view.
1.Select Edit > Object > Move object(N) or press 
in the toolbar.
2.Select an object to move in the graphical view.
3.Move the object by using the mouse cursor and left-click to confirm a new position of the object. Cancel the function by right-double-clicking.

When you have selected to snap to vertices and to copy the Z-value via Settings > Handle Z value while snapping..., the Z-value will be copied from the snapping point to the symbol of the object you are moving. If you move multiple objects simultaneously, the Z-value will only be copied to the symbol of the object being moved to the snapping point. |
