The purpose of this tool is to update texts that have complex dependencies on other objects. An example is the text components for route content that belong to a route. The text lists the objects in the route, including their calculated length. The calculated length is the sum of the lengths of all the route objects that the route content object is part of. This means that modifying a route object, even if far away from the route content text, will affect the total length. For performance reasons, such texts are not automatically updated.

This tool will analyze all objects in the changeset and identify all text components that may depend on these objects, then update the texts accordingly.
