The Show Property Owners feature (directly) function retrieves and displays properties from the Swedish Mapping, Cadastral and Land Registration Authority (Lantmäteriet) within a specified area. From the results, you can select one or more properties and retrieve information about the property owners.

 

1.Select Tools > Property > Show Property Owners (Directly).

2.Select the area in which you want to search for properties by drawing a polygon. You can also copy an existing polygon using the right-click menu.

3.Right-click and select the Create Polygon option. Properties located entirely or partially within the polygon will be displayed in a table.

4.Select the properties for which you want to obtain information about the owners.

5.Click the Show Property Owners (Directly) option.

 

A table will open with information about the selected properties and their owners. This information can be filtered and exported. Individual rows can be copied using the right-click menu.

You can retrieve information about property owners for up to 250 properties at a time.
