1.Open the Query Tool.

2.Search for the objects you want to link.

3.Select the objects and right-click.

4.Select Related data > Select product specification.

5.Click Search.

6.Select the desired product specification from the list.

7.Click OK.

8.Select whether the product specification should:

a.be applied to all selected items, or

b.only to objects that are not linked.

9.Click OK.

 

The product specification is linked to the selected objects.
