Join routes within an area

The Join routes within an area function joins adjacent route objects within a specified area into a single route object.

The routes must be connected to each other via event nodes in order to be merged. The point between the routes is then removed, and the routes are merged into a single, continuous route object. Other types of nodes, such as Distribution nodes, cannot be used as connection points during the merge.

1.Select Edit > Pipes and Routes > Join routes within an area.

2.Select the area where the routes are to be merged by drawing a polygon around the objects.

3.Right-click and select Place Polygon. All routes within the area that meet the requirements will be joined.
