Drawings are used to visualize the structure of the telecommunications network from a more detailed perspective.
They complement traditional network documentation by providing alternative views, for example for multi-dwelling units (MDUs), commercial properties, and complex facilities. The functions enable a clearer understanding of how cabling is routed within and between buildings, as well as the logical structure of the network. By combining physical drawings with logical topology, the conditions are created for improved planning, troubleshooting, and documentation throughout the network.
