1.In the menu bar, select Organizer > Show/Hide Organizer. The south panel opens.

2.In the Tasks tab, press Create task/project . A dialog opens.

3.Select Inspection task as task template.

4.Enter the desired information about the task and press Create. The new task is now created. The task contains an inspection round that can be found under the Inspection round tab, the round has been given the same name as the one entered in the Task name field.

 

Create next inspection round automatically

You can automate recurring inspection rounds to reduce manual work. The automation is run via a scheduled job which means a certain delay before the new round appears.

 

1.In the Inspection round tab, check the box Auto-create next round.

 

If the Auto-create next round option is enabled on a round:

•A new inspection task and a new round are automatically created when the current task is closed.

•The new round is created based on the previous round.

•Only the next planned inspections are transferred to the new round.

•Inspections that are already linked to another round are not included.

•If there are no inspections to transfer, a new empty round is still created.
