The purpose of this tool is to delete a multiduct, even if it has been split one or more times and thus has become multiple objects. In addition to deleting all sections of the multiduct, it also deletes the associated microducts.

You can choose to simultaneously delete ducts that are connected to ducts in the multiduct, delete empty fiber joint closures, or both.

 

1.Select the multiduct you want to delete in the map view.

2.In the menu bar, select Edit > Multiduct > Delete Multiduct. The dialog box Delete multiduct opens.

3.If you want to simultaneously delete ducts that are connected to ducts in the multiduct and/or delete empty fiber joint closures, select one or both of these options.

4.Press OK.
