A node template or a network temple is placed in the map. The placement takes place with a common function (Place > Node/Network template > Create).

 

Place node/network template in the map

1.To place a node/network template in the map, select Place > Node/network template > Place. A dialog opens.

2.Select a node/network template in the list or use the filter box to search for a specific node/network template.

3.In the Select state drop-down list, enter the state in which the node/network template (and any content) should be created. The default state is Planned.

4.Place the node/network template in the map. For a type node the attribute of the node opens up allowing for defining ID and other attributes. For a type network attribute form of one of the nodes or routes opens up allowing for defining ID and other attributes. The remaining nodes and routes can be edited by opening the attribute form of those objects after the type network is placed.
