1.Select Tools > Query Tool.
2.Select Reports > Inspection > Performed inspections.
3.Select the type of inspection.
4.Enter filtering conditions.
5.Press Search. The result list appears on the right side of the window.
6.Right-click an inspection in the results list and select Show/Change Attributes. Here you can find information about the inspection and any comments.
Remarks and actions
During the inspection, the person performing the inspection can leave comments in dpCom Maintainer. An example can be that there are too much vegetation growing around an object.
In the inspection attribute form, you can also enter comments in the online system, without usingdpCom Maintainer.
Add remark
1.Open the attribute form for the object that will get a remark.
2.Select the tab Maintainer and then the Remark tab.
3.Press 
. A dialog window opens.
4.Select what should be commented on in the Category list.
5.Select remark in the Remark list.
6.Then select severity level from the list. The Inspection Remarks window opens.
7.Fill in the information desired.
8.Add any actions by filling in the number or by selecting the action.
9.Press OK to create the remark.

Remember to Post the changeset when all remarks and changes are OK. If the parent object exists in the master data, the changes are automatically posted. |

The Maintainer > Remarks tab of an objects attribute form shows all remarks associated with the object. An inspections attribute form shows all remarks linked to the inspection. The Maintainer > Remarks on child objects shows remarks that belong to child objects. |

Remarks report
1.Press Query tool

3.Enter filtering criteria.
4.Press Search. The result list is displayed on the right side of the window.
To change the status or severity level: Right-click on a remark and select Change remarks. You can also select multiple remarks in the results list to change several at once. |
Show remark as symbol in map
The remarks can be shown as symbols in the map.
1.Select the row(s) in the Query Tool.
2.Right-click and select Show remarks in map (as symbols).
Show remarks created in the round
1.In the east panel, tab Inspection round, select the sub-tab Inspections in this round.
2.Select Remarks created in this round and press Search.
