An administrator can configure the appearance of any table that has the column settings icon on the far right of the header row.
The function requires the role ADM_COMMOM_TABLE_SETTINGS. It is included in the user role OPTOSUPERADM. |
The administrator can:
•Move columns.
•Adjust the column width, manually and automatically.
•Select columns to display.
Each user can also choose their own column settings or the default settings.
1.Press the column settings at the far right of the table header row.
2.Select or deselect the columns you want to show or hide.

2.Select Save.
3.Check Save as common settings.
4.Press OK.
You can move columns by clicking the column heading and drag the column to the right or left.
Adjust the width of the table columns as follows:
1.In the header row of the table, place the mouse cursor on a column bar of the column you want to adjust. The mouse cursor turns into a bidirectional arrow.
2.Click and drag to the desired column width.

2.Select Pack all columns. The width of all columns is automatically adjusted.
1.Select one or more cells in the column or columns you want to adjust the width of.
2.Press the arrow at the far right in the table's header row.
3.Select Pack selected columns. The width of the selected column or columns is automatically adjusted.
