Economical data from a calculation can be transferred to the network objects linked to the calculation rows. The transferred data is displayed in the Cost tab in the network object's attribute form.

1.Right-click the calculation and select Actual cost > Transfer economical data to objects.

2.Economical data from the calculation is transferred to the affected network objects.

 

The following information is also included when the data is transferred:

•Type of cost: Specifies the type of cost. The value is retrieved from the calculation row, for example Investment, Reinvestment, or Running cost.

•Reason for cost: Specifies the reason for the cost. The value is retrieved from the task's Initiation cause.

 

The two fields are also available when a cost entry is added manually in the Cost tab of a network object. In this case, the values can be selected from the respective drop-down lists.
